I love doing girl stuff with Mercy. I know, I know...cooking is not only for girls. But, still, it is fun to do with her. She is good at helping, i.e. repeatedly tasting whatever i am making and occasionally stirring or cracking eggs. She really just loves when i tell her i need her help. I think it makes her feel special.
So, tonight we set our hands to making a gluten free brownie mix together. Of course, they taste great. But the best part about it all was watching her face light up when i gave her the spatula to lick!
